Josie is part Husky, German Shorthair and American Bulldog, with the emphasis on Husky, she was born to pull! Josie's 4 years old, I've spent a lot of time working with her, using treats while we walked, stop'n goes, turn-a-rounds and changing direction in order to get her to walk with me, without pulling. For the most part she has learned and does walk with me, but not my wife. So we thought we'd try this "no-pull" Hero Harness. My wife took her on the first walk with it. I sent her a text asking her how's it going, and her reply was; "Fabulous"! I don't know what makes this no-pull harness different from others we've tried, but this one works! I'm using it on our walks and will have to admit, Josie's never been easier to walk. Thanks for a great product!
At first, I was skeptical about buying this harness because nothing so far has ever worked with my big dog and I’m gonna have to say that I was wrong. This harness is made walking her so much easier. I’m actually gonna order two more for my other two docs she does not pull and it’s great walking her and the customer service is perfect. I highly recommend this company. I’m glad I found them.
Our puppy fought her other harness, constantly trying to bite at it. She never notices Dawgpack harness and we love the magnetic clasp!
The no-pull harness is no-bull!!
My dog pulled pretty bad but the no-pull harness stopped his pulling all together.
Product is great, the connector is amazing. Not too impressed with how long it took to get here but that’s something they can’t control once it’s shipped.
Took a little bit to get everything adjusted to fit. Really like the magnetic lock. Easy to put on and take off.

It is great to go hands free when walking my dog. It allows me to more easily take pictures with my I-phone or dig for treats. The hardware and construction are high quality.
We are really happy with this product. It has well exceeded expectations. Our dog seems to be happy and is definitely much better behaved.

My sheepdog poodle mix, Milli has never been good with a leash or collar she tends to lunge at cars, buses, delivery people, neighbors and other dogs. This is made it hard for me to be willing to walk her even on a 3 foot leash because I’m afraid she’s going to pull me over. I met Michael through Underdog rescue where I am a foster and bid one The Dawg Pack harness and leash that wraps around my waist system because I needed it but also because I wanted to donate to Underdog rescue. Michael met me in person and did the fitting for Milli. I left there thinking nice guy, love the look of the harness, collar and leash, but this won’t work just like everything else hasn’t worked. You know with dog training they say it’s the person not the dog :-). I started out with the system with other people walking Milli with it but when they told me it was super easy I started using it as well and it’s really changed my life. The leash system fits me really well and I was skeptical because I’m larger. The harness which clips from her chest makes it hard for her to pull me with as much strength, and the whole system has really allowed me to walk my dog, which I hadn’t done too much of before this harness and leash system. So as they say, they’ve taught me the old dog, a new trick a way to walk my dog and feel comfortable doing so. Thank you to Michael and his team. It’s worth the cost and Milli is happier because she gets so many more walks.
After trying out many many many harnesses over the last 4 years, we have finally found the one. It is easy to put on and take off. It is easy to adjust. It mostly fit my dog right out the bog and needed just a few tweaks to make the front clip loop snug. No pulling. Very comfortable for my pup. Grateful to have finally found the one.
i had been looking for a front clip no pull harness and found this one. I have found it to be better than the one I had because the harness can be fit snuggly and it does not slip and become loose which was a problem with the other one.

The webbing is made from the same ocean-bound plastic as the harness, and the magnetic buckle is the same. I purchased two collars for my two dogs.
They are super easy to put on and off with the magnetic buckle. And have two locations that you can hang ID tags or tracking devices.
I have two dogs and I purchased this leash system to walk them both together. The leash can be adapted to multiple lengths. I’ve been using the Packmate leash with my puppy because I like to keep her a little bit closer. It’s very nice to have both dogs clipped around my waist.
The harness is really easy to put on. The magnetic buckle is wonderful when you’re half asleep or juggling many items.. I purchased two of these harnesses for my two dogs. One is a puppy and I’m very excited about the multiple points that the harness can be adjusted as the puppy grows.
I posted an initial review of the Hero Harness shortly after we started using it. We were very impressed then and are even more-so now. We use our harness every day, across a wide range of locations and conditions, from "formal" walks through town to more casual strolls in the woods. The difference in our dog's behavior from her old flat collar (used alone) to the Hero Harness is like night and day. She has come to associate the harness with "working" and behaves accordingly, heeling better and rarely pulling. Not bad for an 11-month old high-energy cattle dog mix!
As far as the harness design and construction is concerned, the more we use it the more we like it. In the past, our dog has balked at putting on a harness but she is quite happy to wear this one. Its simple design and the quick connect magnetic buckle make it a real breeze to use; we put it on and are out the door quickly and without fuss, every time. So many other harnesses we tried had awkward buckles or unnecessary padding that made them cumbersome to put on and uncomfortable to wear. Happily the Hero Harness is different on all counts. It really is a treat to find a product as functional and well-made as this, and we cannot recommend it (or TheDawgPack) highly enough!
This harness was such an unexpected surprise! I’ll admit I was skeptical at first, I didn’t think a clasp could make much difference in my day-to-day routine with my dogs. But wow, it truly is a game changer.
I live in an apartment with no yard, so daily walks are non-negotiable, and this harness makes getting ready so much quicker and easier. That may sound like a small thing, but when you’re juggling two dogs, different seasons, and multiple trips outside every day, it absolutely matters.
Now that I’ve used it, I won’t use anything else. And paired with the leash, this combo has made our walks noticeably easier, more comfortable, and safer for both me and my furbabies. I’m officially a big fan!
The Hero Leash is absolutely fantastic! I have strong bully breeds who love to pull, and this leash has been a total game-changer. It’s incredibly light and comfortable, which makes handling them so much easier. I’m especially obsessed with the clasp, getting everyone geared up for a walk is noticeably quicker, and when you have multiple dogs and a whole routine to get through, any step you can streamline is a gift!
If I could make one wish, it would be for an added control handle for those occasional reactive moments. It’s not a deal-breaker by any means, just something that would make an already great product even better.

So, I just adopted a shelter pup. Not leash trained. I am not young anymore and the pulling was kind of difficult on my joints. I tried to other so called "no pull" harnesses with no success. Using the new Dawgpack Hero Harness immediately changed it up. It is easy to put on, and Bailee stopped pulling. Great product!!

I was very grateful to be given a collar to evaluate in honesty I love the latch. It is the cats meow. I was hoping for a secondary d-ring to attach my dogs many tags. In most cases if the owner doesn’t have all the tags I have the loop for tags would work well. However, in my case I must say the verdict is still out. I am searching to find a separate d-ring to try attaching so the tags will be better located away from the latch. If I can achieve this it would be the best collar yet. I know my case is unusual and my review should not discourage any potential user. I still say it is a fantastic collar…. Easy on easy off and itt will not come loose by itself. The latch design is unbelievable!! Buy one you won’t regret it.
