Our Repair Program

Dogs are hard on gear (and we love them for it). If your gear’s a little worse for wear, don’t toss it—repair it! Frayed, torn, or well-loved? We see that as proof of adventure.

1️⃣ Submit a Repair Request

Email packhelp@thedawgpack.com with a photo and description of the damage.

2️⃣ Ship It

We’ll send you instructions, and you’ll cover the shipping cost to us.

3️⃣ We Fix It

Repairs take about two weeks once we receive your item.

4️⃣ We Send It Back

We’ll ship it back to you free of charge. Yep, zero cost.
